RUCKUS ICX7550-48ZP – Multi-Gigabit PoE++ Access Switch
Overview :
The RUCKUS ICX7550-48ZP is a 48-port stackable access/aggregation switch designed for enterprise campus and edge deployments, especially where high-density WiFi and multigigabit access are required. It supports up to 36 ports of 2.5 GbE RJ-45 and 12 ports of 2.5/5/10 GbE RJ-45, all with 802.3bt PoE++ delivering up to 90 W per port and a total PoE budget up to 2 000 W. This switch fits in a 1U rack-mount chassis and supports stacking of up to 12 switches to create a converged wiring-closet or data-centre edge fabric. It includes dual hot-swappable power supplies and redundant fan modules, and offers features such as MACsec encryption, IPv4/IPv6 routing, and QSFP28 uplinks for 40/100 Gbps between stacks. Integration with RUCKUS SmartZone or other management platforms enables unified wired-wireless operations.
